The York County Human Services Department has partnered with the York County Planning Commission, the United Way of York County, and the City of York in order to fund a comprehensive county-wide Needs Assessment. The various Advisory Councils/Bodies to the Human Services Division will utilize the information contained within the Needs Assessment to make programmatic and fiscal recommendations.
